Native advertising formats on NewDays and how to enquire.
NewDays offers a small number of native placements. They follow the look of the site, and every one is clearly labelled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”.
Formats
- Sponsored card on the home page. A card within the home page sections, with an image, a headline, a short description and your link.
- Side column. A placement in the side column of section and article pages on wide screens.
- In-article. A placement inside longer articles, between paragraphs.
- After the article. Up to three recommendations shown under an article.
What each placement includes
- Advertiser name, image, headline, short description and destination link.
- Start and end dates.
- Optional targeting by device type: all devices, wide screens only, or phones only.
Rules
- Placements are always labelled and never presented as NewDays articles.
- Links in paid placements carry the
rel="sponsored"attribute. - Advertisers have no influence over editorial content, and we may decline any placement.
- We do not sell articles, links inside articles, or “sponsored news”.
Audience figures
NewDays is a new site. We do not publish audience figures until we have real ones, and we will not estimate them for you.
